Marasca is a growing collection of boutique, casual luxury escapes rooted in thoughtful design and local charm.
With a focus on creating memorable, ‘cherry-on-top’ moments, Marasca delivers a blend of relaxation and discovery, with each location crafted to help guests reconnect with life’s simple joys.
The first property, Marasca Khao Yai, opened in 2022, offering 18 rooms amidst scenic mountains and lush greenery. A second location, a 62-room beachfront resort, is set on Samui’s iconic Chaweng Beach.

Operated under a franchise agreement with Marriott International, Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao offers modern accommodations with sea views, multiple dining options, a spa, and a range of leisure activities for guests.
The outstanding international resort was newly-reimagined through a ฿400m refurbishment and a rebranding inspired by the era of glamorous travel. The resort reopened for business in October 2023.

Scheduled to open in 2027, the project will feature two luxury hotels alongside commercial office space, leisure facilities, retail, and F&B outlets. This development aims to modernise the historic site while offering a premier destination for business, leisure, and hospitality in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant areas.
