2025 Proven Results
For Lub d Phuket Patong’s kitchen efforts in 2025, we received an official certification demonstrating how recycling 225 kg of cooking oil successfully mitigated carbon emissions compared to conventional fossil fuels:
- Standard Jet Fuel Baseline: Traditional jet fuel generating equivalent energy would emit 660.83 kg
- The SAF Alternative: Processing our recycled oil into Sustainable Aviation Fuel emitted just 103.21 kg
- Net Carbon Savings: Our team successfully prevented 557.62 kg from entering the atmosphere!
Exponential Growth in 2026
To maximize our impact, Lub d Phuket Patong pushed to enroll the hotel in a structured continuous program in 2026. The shift has paid off immensely. Year-To-Date (YTD June 2026), the team has already collected and recycled 387 kg of used cooking oil! In just six months, we have nearly doubled the output of the entire previous year, proving the operational efficiency and dedication of Lub d’s crew.
